Cancellation Policy Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) Concerns
As we’re all acutely aware, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is top of mind for everyone. We understand that many are feeling stressed, please know that our team is here for you, for your safety and your health. It is and always will be our absolute top priority. We continue to maintain extremely high standards for cleanliness and sanitation and have greatly increased our efforts to protect all staff and patients here at Center Aesthetic & Dermatology.
If you have an upcoming appointment and are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone getting tested for COVID-19, please call or click the blue button on this page immediately to address your booking with our team. If you are ill or quarantined and need to urgently cancel your appointment, please let us know and your cancellation fee will be waived.
We are upholding our cancellation policy for no shows. As many patients still want to be seen, we would appreciate a call to reschedule. You can review our full cancellation policies below. Thank you.
If you are a NEW Patient and are booking your appointment for the first time with Nurse Lynn Wojton or Lauren Mitschrich, PA-C, a valid Credit Card number will be taken either via CC Authorization Form or over the phone in order to hold your appointment time. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours*, on the same day, change your appointment, or do not show up to your appointment, your card will be charged a $200 fee.
*MONDAY Appointments must be canceled by phone on the previous FRIDAY.
If you are an ESTABLISHED patient with Nurse Lynn Wojton, Lauren Mitschrich, PA-C, or Dr. Karcher and you either cancel your appointment within 24 hours, move your appointment, or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $200 fee upon your next visit.
Cancellation Policy for Aesthetician Treatment Appointments
If you are an established patient receiving treatment with Aesthetician Jane MacKinnon or Aesthetician Sofie Pavitt, and you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, move your appointment within 48 hours, or do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit in full. The deposit is non-transferrable and will not be credited towards future treatments.
If your treatment did not require a deposit, you will be charged a $200 cancellation fee.
New Patient Appointment Bookings - Same-Day Appointments
If you are a new patient booking an appointment with Nurse Lynn Wojton for a same-day appointment, a credit card number will be taken to hold your time. If you do not show up to your appointment, a $200 no-show fee will be charged to your credit card.
If you are booked for treatment and you are more than 10 minutes late, there is NO GUARANTEE that you will receive same-day treatment. Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early to your appointment.
Deposits for Coolsculpting, SculpSure, or Lengthy Appointment Times
Any appointment that requires one or more hours on the books will require a 50% deposit in order to be confirmed. If you cancel or move your appointment within 48 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. The funds will not transfer to future appointments.
Payment is due in full at the time of treatment. If paying by credit card, the card must be in the patient’s name. If not, then a credit card authorization form must be completed, signed, and returned to the Center staff in order to receive treatment.
We happily accept Care Credit here at Center.
For Care Credit financing, patients have an option for 6 or 12 Month Interest Free Financing. 6 Month financing requires a $50 fee. 12 Month financing will incur a 10% fee of your total bill. You can also opt for 24 or 36 month financing, but Interest is charged at 14.9% monthly and a 4% fee of your total bill will incur.
If you intend to pay for your treatment with Care Credit, the Center staff must be notified before treatment. Please call us with any questions regarding Care Credit financing.
Consultation Fee with Dr. Cheryl Karcher
Any new patient seeking a first time consultation with Dr. Karcher will require a $300 fee. This fee will go towards any of the patient's first treatment cost.
Consultation Fee with Lauren Mitschrich, PA
Any new or existing patient seeking a medical dermatology consultation with Lauren Mitschrich, PA will require a $150 fee.
New Patient Policy
All new patients will meet a Physician or Physician Assistant prior to treatment.
Please be prepared to remove your make up upon arrival for pre-treatment photos. All patients are required to have photos taken in the office at every visit. Make up can typically be reapplied immediately after treatment.
PRE TREATMENT GUIDELINES
It is important to note that if you take any blood thinners, they may cause an increased risk of bruising. Please avoid these medications if possible. Please discuss with your physician before discontinuing any of these medications. Medications to be aware of and possibly avoid are: Aspirin, Advil, Aleve, Naproxen, Vitamin E, and Turmeric.
We recommend abstaining from alcohol 24 hours before and after an injectable treatment as it can make you more susceptible to bruising, bleeding, and swelling after an injection. We also recommend from abstaining from coffee and exercise for 2 hours prior to an injectable treatment.
Please remember to come well hydrated for your treatment.
Please come 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow enough time to sit with numbing cream prior to your procedure. Men should come clean shaven.
Excel V & Laser Genesis
Please avoid sun tanning or using any self-tanning products for 3 weeks prior to your treatment. Please be prepared to wash your face upon arrival prior to your laser treatment. Men should arrive clean shaven.
PRP with Microneedling
Please arrive well hydrated and please be sure to have eaten a meal prior to your arrival.
